Viridian Entente Medals and Awards

Any member of Parliament, including the Lord and Duke, as well as any member or posistion designated by the Lord, may award any individual member or group of members regular and contributional medals based on the merits and accomplishments of said members and in accordance with said medals' description. Medals may only be revoked by the Lord or by petition.
Any regular medals listed or shown in a member's signature are to be in order of highest to lowest desginated weight (DW), left to right, top to bottom. The Viridian Entente Medal of Honor should always be first, and any campaign medals last.
Departmental Awards are to be awarded by their respective department's Secretary, or any member as designated by the Secretary. Therefore, the Interior Accomplishments medal is to be awarded by the Secretary of the Interior, and so forth.
Departmental Awards are to be listed before campaign medals, starting with Defense, then State, and then Interior. Contributional Awards are to be listed by their designated weight after Departmental Awards and before campaign medals.
Awards are to be given out as designated by their description and the precedence that follows said award. The Medal of Nuclear Fortitude and Zero Infrastructure Award are handed out based on the honour system - if you know you have earned them then you may wear them.
Any member nation may nominate another member for an award, and should bring said nomination to the attention of Parliament. Should Parliament reject the nomination, said member may petition for the medal to be awarded. Any regular or departmental medal may be awarded if the amount of genuine pledges on the petition is equal to or greater than the desginated weight (DW) of said medal. Alternatively, medals can be petitioned to be removed in the same manner. Campaign medals, the Dominus Emeritus, the Medal of Nuclear Fortitude, the Zero Infrastructure Award, and contributional medals may not be petitioned.
